This map shows the growing number of residents and councils who are helping children to play out more. We add information when we hear about activity happening on streets and in neighbourhoods.
You can find out what’s happening where you live and see whether there are other residents happy to give you support and advice. Our Local Authority Directory lists the areas where most change is happening. If you are already doing something on your street and it’s not yet on the map, please email us to let us know.
Guildford Borough Council piloted street play in 2015 and will be encouraging more streets to play out in 2018. They can provide road closure equipment. For more information contact Amanda Pick, Play and Youth Development Officer tel: 01483 444764 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
