Project Manager: growth and development of the national street play movement
Based in Bristol (BS3)
4 days per week
£24-26k pro rata, 2 years initially
We are looking for someone to join the small Playing Out team who can help to grow and develop the national street play movement. Over the last few years there has been exciting change in communities across the UK where the street play idea, and the resident-led playing out ‘model’ has spread. Playing Out has supported residents and other organisations to enable children to play out freely and safely on the streets where they live. And there are now more than 400 streets where playing out has happened, across 40 different local authority areas.
We want to build on that momentum and spread playing out to all parts of the country over the next three years, and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead that growth. If you share our vision and are ready to take on the challenge of spreading playing out to many more towns and cities across the UK we’d love to hear from you.
