There is lots of playing out activity taking place in other districts in West Sussex, particularly Adur and Worthing and Chichester.
Currently we’re not aware of any specific action that people or the local authority are taking in Arun to support children playing out, but if you do know of anything, we’d love to hear about it.
However there is a street party application process you could use to pilot a one off session, click here for more information on the council website. You could contact the officer responsible to discuss playing out on: events@arun.gov.uk or 01903 737920.
If you live in the area and want to get things started in Arun see here for tips on how to get your council on board.
If you get stuck or need further help, then please get in touch with us and we can help!
