2019: Glasgow has announced that residents can apply to close their streets up to four weekends times a year. Details on when and how to apply are on the Council website here.

2018: Glasgow hosted street play events in June and September.

The City of Glasgow has been hosting play street weekends. If you are interested in helping lobby the council to set up a play street scheme in Glasgow you can contact like-minded people through the Street Play Glasgow Facebook group.

Now that Edinburgh is running a pilot scheme, perhaps Glasgow will too?
