Monmouthshire has a long-running Playing Out residents group in Abergavenny, their facebook group is here.
Monmouthshire council is setting up a street play scheme for the whole county, have a look at their council policy here. Contact Whole Place Officer Judith Langdon if you are interested in getting your street playing out.
