Playing Out Survey – help us build a picture

posted this in Playing Out Movement on 08/11/2016

Gathering your feedback and experiences

Playing out sessions are now happening on more than 350 streets across the UK where residents are getting together to open the street space for children to play and adults to meet and build connections. We’re really keen to know how things are going for residents taking part – both the practical things about what happens during sessions, and also the benefits that playing out may be bringing. We have developed a survey and are asking everyone who has been involved in playing out to respond. It’s the first time we’ve collected survey information like this and would really value your time and input to help us build a clear picture.

If you’ve been involved in playing out sessions on your street or on other streets, by stewarding, helping to organise, making cups of tea or chatting with neighbours, turning a skipping rope or by being part of it in other ways please do share your views and experiences. We want to learn from what you tell us and will share the results as soon as we can on the website and on our Facebook group.

We know there are countless things to do in a day and not enough time to do them all but please do spare 15 minutes to take part. A big thank you from all the Playing Out team.
